Some small fixes. Updates now has the elevator button. At some point I should make this its own js document that any page with the elevator button refers back to. It's not so big a deal as with the navigation since it works pretty well and doesn't really need an update. It'd just be simpler, especially when adding new pages. Blog should be a little more legible now with the line height and font size adjusted.

Updates page restored and linked to the index page update scroll box. Doesn't have a dedicated link in the navigation due to spacing issues, but eventually should once I figure out how to organize things.
